It's been a while since I have posted anything as I have been very busy for the last few weeks. I thought I would start with a race report from Ironman UK.
I spent a cold wet night under canvas and woke up aching and stiff on Sunday morning. After a few minutes stretching I managed to walk the 50 metres to the top of the campsite where I stood and watched lots of lunatics cycle past. Congratulations to everyone who took part, especially to the local guys that I know and I have the greatest respect for your incredible achivements - but you are all mad. Maybe in a year or two I will be mad enough to try and join you.
